Even though the IRE’s events cover the better part of a week, roofing’s biggest event always goes by in a flash. We’re still settling in and shaking business cards out of our boots after a whirlwind week in Dallas, but we wanted to share some pictures from our trip with you.
NWIR Day 2020
Our intrepid Ladies of RoofSnap (Kim, Chelsea, and Katrina) headed down to Dallas early to take part in the National Women in Roofing Day. Their photos indicate they enjoyed themselves a lot.

11th Annual Community Service Day
The ladies followed up their day of learning with the NWIR with a hard day’s work at the IRE’s Annual Community Service Day. Chelsea describes their experience:
“[…] we were stationed at John Quincy Adams Elementary School to help build a new chicken coop, an outdoor classroom, and a storage shed. It was a lot of fun getting to work alongside others in the industry, learning new skills, and coming together to give our time for a good cause. At the end of the day, all of the students and teachers in the school were having a “100 Day Parade” and they brought the parade outside to thank us for helping them.”

We know it’s a chicken coop, but we can’t help but seeing Snoopy laying on top.

Trade show, Expo, and Dallas Delights
The main event for the week was of course the Expo and Trade show. The floor was packed with attendees, ogling the years crop of fresh equipment, materials, and technology. We were happy to see the Technology Pavilion packed with fresh faces and returning companies, and we love meeting new and current customers in person!

The RoofSnap booth was the place to be at the IRE.

The team was all smiles on the first day of the tradeshow!
We also took some time to try out some of Dallas’s delectable restaurants. Piles of BBQ and pretzels were followed by morning smoothies (which totally balances out.)

This bowl of pretzel bites caught our eye at the HomeAdvisor after party.

It’s true, the meat plates are bigger in Texas.
We needed the big table for our BBQ dinner.

Recovery smoothies and coffee.
Overall we have to say we’re happy with our IRE experience this year, and are super excited for the return to Vegas for IRE 2021! If you want to catch the RoofSnap team at a trade show this year, keep up with our convention schedule here: RoofSnap’s Convention Schedule.
If you didn’t get to see us in person, schedule a live demo with us at the link below!
Until next time,
Happy Snapping!
