Why Documents?
We know, we know, documents aren’t the sexiest thing to talk about, but they are one of the most important pieces of your business. Making sure your customers have the information they need, with your branding in front of them, is important for every step of the sales process.
If you’ve tried creating documents for your company, you know the frustration and cost that the process entails. Grappling with logos, formatting the fine print, just making sure that everything looks professional, it’s an arduous task. We’re taking that task out of your hands, so that you can focus on your customers.

The Details
If you’re a current RoofSnap subscriber and use our document platform already, have no fear. We’re not going to change your workflow all at once. Like with any change, we’re rolling our updates to documents out in stages and planning to capture your feedback along the way.
Documents aren’t just for printing, share your docs via email as PDFs!
Our first update is coming to the Sketch Report delivered by our Sketch Ordering Service. SketchOS customers should see the new document being delivered with their future orders. Soon after, we’ll be adding the new Sketch Report format to all 3 RoofSnap platforms for you to use with your own measurement reports!
The Future
After the Sketch Report, we’ll be releasing updated versions of all of our current documents over the end of the summer. Our goal is to update these documents responsibly, collecting feedback from our customers as we go. If you need help formatting your logo, or generating the new documents, our support team will be available every step of the way.
Following the refresh of our current suite of documents, we’ll be announcing an exciting expansion of our documents platform! Make sure to stay tuned to our webinar series to be in the front row for these next announcements; they’ll be big ones.
